Donate form don't validate name and email field

The form on the donation page where you enter your information don't validate the presence of a name and an email. Posting an empty form should render errors on all fields.

Just took a look at current behavior on 1.0.6 under Safari. The absence of an email addr generated an error msg, but name did not.
Attached screen grab shows what happens when name is omitted but email and campaign code included. Things are not lining up. Should this issue be broken out into a separate ticket?
