    The Messages function lets you send a notification to all members of the team, and appears in the Overview feed. You can send text, and even a attach a file.

    Doesn't seem to be any articles in the LH knowledge base on this, so here goes. I assume it will send a message to all members on the project, as well as post link to message in Overview.
