Create release_info page

Create a release_info or similar page to display the current git commit ID, commit date and any other relevant release/deployment info for a particular deployment. This would allow us to map a deployment back to a particular commit point in the source code revision history without having to maintain a separate document of which revisions are deployed on each dev/test/live server.
