Change Automatic Email: Thank you from Akvo.org

- As a individual donor I want a than you email that is not only dedicated to Water & Sanitation because I could also donate for another cause.
When someone donated to a project that belongs to the Focus Area Health they receive a Thank you mail that is dedicated to Water & Sanitation
The tekst reived by the individual donor: "Thank you for your contribution on Akvo.org. By giving, you have personally helped to advance the cause of clean water and sanitation around the world. You can follow the project's progress via updates on Akvo.org."
Solution could be change the automatic Thank You Email text into an Email text that is suitable for all Focus Areas.

Suggestion from Mark Westra:
The current "donation thank you" email does not reflect the new focus areas of the Akvo system, as it only refers to water and sanitation projects. Also for the Rabobank pilot, which has microfinanance projects, the text is not very relevant.
My proposal is to change the text to: "Thank you for your contribution on Akvo.org. By giving, you have personally helped to improve the living conditions of people around the world. You can follow the project's progress via updates on Akvo.org."
